Who We Are
Kyrgyz Green Infrastructure Fund (KGIF) originates and sponsors green infrastructure in the Kyrgyz Republic. We bring internationally established institutional funds together with proven large-scale EPC contractors on projects that meet the standards of both.
KGIF works only with internationally established funds whose source of capital is verified. Every capital partner is subject to institutional compliance, anti-money-laundering and source-of-funds screening before any project engagement. The same standard applies to the EPC contractors we appoint.
KGIF's mandate is to:
- Originate and structure bankable infrastructure projects
- Pair established institutional capital with proven EPC delivery partners
- Act as a long-term owner and responsible sponsor
- Support national development priorities
How We Work
Our projects are developed with a defined group of institutional funds and EPC contractors, engaged directly. KGIF is not open to public or retail investment and does not solicit or accept unsolicited offers of capital.
